YRYM HT copper grill mat suck to clean but seems very durable and cooks all food wonderfully. Love having meat cook in its own juices! I like that it is black so it doesn't show any stains! It washes quite easily. It's great for grilling - my food doesn't burn, has nice grill marks and tastes great. I don't like burned food so this works quite well for me. I've done salmon and bratwurst on it so far, and I think I did vegetables, too. Love is never having to scrub your grill again...especially when u cook on these YRYM HT copper grill mat . And they can go in the dishwasher! These are nice and thick and the non-stick surface works well and makes cleanup a breeze!

Easy to clean. Follow guidelines regarding preheating and cooking temperatures. Never have used a BBQ mat before, bought these and they work perfect. Chicken, Steaks, Burgers - all come out perfect and no flare up's. Most important part of this success is occasionally during the cooking process monitor the food and remove excessive grease or drippings from around edges of meat. Clean up is a breeze. hand or dishwasher washing. The flavor has been excellent and the meat looks just like it was cooked right on the grates. This mat is a great way to keep your grill clean, I find it a lot easier and cleaner to take the mat in and wash it then to have to brush the grates off and still have a mess sitting at the bottom of the grill like I used to before getting this mat.
We love YRYM HT magic grill mat. Not only do they keep the meat from sticking to the grill BUT they make clean up a breeze. Not sure if they really do anything as far as flavor is concerned. I wrote the manufacturer about my bad experience the first 2x and they were very helpful and suggested to try it again using the paper towel trick. They have a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee but as it turned out, I will NOT be returning it. Very happy with the product. And lastly, my grill looks like new. No messy grime to clean up. I don't know how they work, but they really work. We did an entire quesadilla dinner right on the grill!! Hamburgers: cook similar to brats, they burgers end up laying in a puddle of grease. I prefer to cook burgers directly on grill versus using the mats.

I struggle for a half hour cleaning my grill without the grill mat.Throughout the summer, I happily used these mats 7-8 times (at the most). However after last grilling session over the Labor Day weekend, I noticed that unlike before, the mats were kinda sticking together where they overlapped a little (my grill is not so wide as to accommodate two mats side by side without overlapping each other).
