How to grill prawn skewers

I like to eat shrimp very much, especially grilled tasty. I want to write down this recipe about how to grill shrimp skewers and hope this can be helpful for grilling fragnant and flavorful shrimp skewers.

Severs: 2

Ingredients:
22 (270 g) prawns
2 grams salt
20 g soy sauce
10 grams ginger
10 grams cooking oil
3 garlic cloves
Moderate amount of powder
Appropriate amount of shallot leaves

Steps for Grilled Prawn Skewers:
1. Rinse the prawn under the tap and make them clean. Cut off the prawns with kitchen scissors. Cut a hole in the back of the prawn and pick out the shrimp line.
2.  Rinse the prawns again. And transfer to a large bowl
3.  Peel the ginger and shred.
4. Peel the garlic and cut into pieces.
5. Put the garlic and ginger in the bowl with prawns.
6. Add soy sauce, salt, and edible oil to the large bowl. Marinate for half an hour.
7. Soak the wooden or bamboo skewers in water for at least 12 hours. Or you can use metal skewers to thread prawns. Each skewer can be threaded with 2 prawns.
8. Transfer the prawn skewers to a baking tray and leave space for each skewer. It is suggested to put a piece of grill mat on the baking tray to prevent from sticking and dips falling through.

9. Preheat the grill at 175 degrees. And transfer the baking tray to the the preheated oven.
10. Set the temperature of the upper of the oven at 175 degrees, while 180 degrees for the bottom of the oven. and set the time for 15 minutes.
11. When grilled for 8 minutes, take out the shrimp skewers and flip them with tongs. Then transfer back to oven to grill.
12. After the prawns are cooked, take out and sprink kosher cumin powder and shallot leaves. It is much tasty and fragant when they are hot.
