I love how easy HTVRONT gold heat transfer vinyl is to weed. I’ve used a few sheets, one did not cut well on “iron on" settings but worked under vinyl. The black is this product and the pink is Siser so comparing the two Siser is much better quality. I would still purchase HTVRONT heat transfer paper depending on the price. Make sure to follow the instructions, I almost gave it a lower rating because I was using the easy press at 290F but directions state 320. So easy to cut, weed and apply that I bought another 12 pack the day after receiving the first one! HTVRONT vinyl heat transfer paper is much easier to use than vinyl that is sold by the major Cricut and Silhouette cutting machine iron-on vinyls in every way.
1. It sticks to the cutting mat better than the rolls of the main brand
2. It irons onto fabric easier without so much heat and weight as the main brand
3. When you peel off the plastic after ironing it comes off fine without pulling the vinyl off (name brand needs to cool first).
4. It looks equally professional. Perhaps more matte and less glossy (which i prefer anyway).
5. Washes great. Just turn garment inside out and wash on gentle cycle.
Buying HTVRONT heat transfer paper is definitely NOT a compromise. It is far superior in all of these major ways. I've been using all the different colors these past several months and will no longer buy the main brand made by the cutting-machine manufactures.
No issues with HTVRONT gold heat transfer vinyl at all. It was as seller described. I used this vinyl on my Cricut Maker and used the "Iron-On Heat Transfer, Non-Cricut" setting. I also changed the strength of the cutting (Pressure) from Default to More. I encountered no issues at all with the quality of the gold heat transfer vinyl after the cutting. The vinyl heated up pretty quickly and bonded strongly to the felt, stiff glitter fabric and fleece materials that I was using. Good quality for the price, if you're on the fence about this product, go ahead and give it a try.**Just be sure to adjust the pressure of the cut to MORE! The default pressure setting does cut the vinyl but requires a bit more work to weed. When the pressure is set to MORE, the vinyl weeds quickly with minimal effort.
I actually really liked HTVRONT gold heat transfer vinyl . I was a little concerned because I thought I had bought a brand name but figured I’d give it a try...easy weeding, no issues with it sticking and stayed on! Actually WAY better than Siser, so much do that I’m taking my Siser HTV back and getting more of this! The colors are very bright and nice. Weeding around the design was soooo easy. I will definitely purchase from here again and soon! Good material. Easy to weed. Nice colors. Liked the quantity for price and used to make shirt designs. Great value for price. This irons in thinner material well. It has a difficult time sticking to denim and thicker materials but all iron on vinyl seems to be that way.
