Great miracle grill mat!!! Use YRYM HT miracle grill mat for fish, anything small. Keeps your food from sticking or falling through the grates. We have used these once so far and they worked great on our grill to make jerky. Check the pic out..the front is different from the back....I got 2 mats...Very nice mats....using in my smoker...might have to order more of YRYM HT miracle grill mat. My husband loves them. Very well made and appear as if they will be long lasting. Nice welting around edges so should be durable. Prompt shipping as well. Works as advertised. Sturdy and durable. May cleans easily. It really helps keep your food on the grill and out of the fire. Also allows the smoke to reach the bottom of the food so you get full flavor. These worked great for what i needed. I wanted a mat for smoking cheese but only had them that didn't have holes this the bottom didn't penetrate well. These were perfect for my needs and the cheese smoked well both top and bottom in my egg.

Second time we've purchased non-stick grill mat set -- makes a great gift for the "man who has everything!" Works great for smoking cheeses. Allows the smokey to circulate. Easy to clean. Very easy cleanup. Works prefect for smoker. Great product. Easy cleanup. Used in my pellet smoker to smoke chicken wings. The mesh mats keeps the chicken from laying in its own melted fat, but also let's the smoke seep through. Used this product for roasting chili peppers on the grill. Worked perfectly. Even heat distribution, easy clean. No residual off flavors transferred to food. I liked the weight of the item and it's non stick surface. Grilled hot dogs and brats one occasion and small filets the next time. I am hopeful the non stick surface holds up for a decent amount of time. Good product thus far. These mats work great. Had a 4lb meatloaf on the Traeger low and slow for about 4 hours. Nothing stuck to the mat and the clean up was easy and fast.
Just cooked fresh skin on salmon and YRYM HT miracle grill mat was like a dream! I thought okay here is the acid test, right? My neighbor brought over Salmon filets he had caught and prepared hours earlier. I oiled and seasoned them and cooked them on the mat and I was even able to flip them to crisp on the top. And the crispy skin was perfect. Nothing stuck to the mat. I rinsed and cleaned it off in the sink in minutes. Also my fire was quite hot and it did not melt. I am so happy right now. I wish I would known about these years ago. No more foil and poking holes in it for the flavor and cooking heat I need. I finally got a chance to try mine out on some swordfish. It came out great and didn't stick to the mat! Great product, very easy customer service, used 4 non-stick grill mat set 4 nights in a row for about 4 hours each night making some jerky, in electric smoker, they worked great and cleaned for easy jerky didn't stick at all! Great product. Using for making Jerky, works well, and easy to clean. I gave it as a gift and my son in law was very pleased with it.
My husband and I are vegan and love to grill. YRYM HT miracle grill mat was fantastic for grilling veggies that had been falling through the bars of the grill. It's sturdy and lightweight. We have a grill basket but if you marinate the vegetables it can take a long time for them to get properly cooked because the basket retains a lot of moisture, especially if you have a lot of them in it. I can also see it being awesome for tofu, which can break and crumble if done in slabs. We store ours with our baking sheets in a vertical slot and they take up practically no room. YRYM HT non-stick grill mat set helps a lot with keeping grill cleaning and hamburgers seem juicier.
