We have been using YRYM HT BBQ grill mat to grill with for the last month or so. You have to keep the heat a little lower, but we had the juiciest burgers ever! We have also used these for shrimp, veggies, steaks, pork chops and chicken. All have turned out great! Best grill purchase EVER! I love using this ! Chicken skin doesn't get torn off when you are cooking. No flare ups but you have to keep an eye on your food because without the flare ups you can overcook. Just a little learning curve. Good, heavy mats that are far better than other, much thinner mats that fray on the edges, burn, or become unusable from embedded food and grill surface matter. Don't expect a pretty blue mat as in the picture as did the wife. Worth the extra $ for the quality. Clean easily with a wild or in the Dish washer. Really like the product, VERY nice price,they work awesome.
I was always hesitant about barbecuing because I hated cleaning he grill afterwards. Yesterday I used the YRYM HT grill cooking mat for the first time and OMG! It grilled my flank steak to perfection and kept my barbecue grill spotless! I will be grilling more often from now on any season of the year. Very durable. I put Grilling aluminum foil on top and make a wall so the juices stay in my meat. Love keeping my inferred grill clean so it cooks even. Always thought foil was the only option. Man am I glad I found these. A little tough to clean, but that may have been operator error by cooking the sauce on there too long. Grill cooking mat makes clean up quick and easy and food tastes outstanding with no muss no fuss. I got these as a gift, and the person loves it. They plan on buying more. Just have to make sure not to allow flare ups, as it will damage the product a little. Easy of clean up was fantastic. And the nonstick surface, made cooking fast and easy.
YRYM HT BBQ GRILL MAT works as advertised. Meat just tasted better. Downside is harder to clean then described and the mat is just plain black. I thought it had a design or logo but its really just a black mat with nothing else. Have used several times and it has worked great. Cleanup was so easy. Cooked hamburgers the first time. They were juicy and best off all not burnt. My surface temp. was 450 degrees when I placed the burgers. At no point did the food stick. After several uses it still looks brand new. I got these BBQ grill mat because we grill a lot of peppers and onions and BBQ grill mat works great! I have grilled fish and peppers and onions and they were great! This is a great product and worked just as advertised. Cooking fish just became easier and I have recommended the product to other folks. I like the fact that it is heavier than others that I have used. And it's very easy to clean. The most durable grill may I’ve purchased. It doesn’t deform after cleaning or cooking. Holds the flavor of the food as well. The food comes off really good with no mess to clean up afterwards . You can cook veggies and fish with no problems. I do recommend this item.
Hubby is not sure about grill cooking mat but I have enjoyed using it. Some trial & error with regulating the temperature to keep underneath, burnt my grill pizza & scallops came out okay but best was under the pork roast, It was delicious! I love that I can bring it in the house & clean it off, that is a bonus. Not sure about putting it in the dishwasher tho.
