butcher wrapping paper is a must have for Texas smoked brisket

I was told to use butcher wrapping paper rather than tinfoil to wrap my smoked meats because it keep the meat better and was easier to use. I was very skeptical but gave it a shot. WOW were they right. Tinfoil tears easily but the butcher paper holds up and stays together and yes I think it helps keep the meat juicier. AWESOME product call me converted no more tinfoil on my smoker. Good quality paper. Comes in unboxed roll as if cut rom larger roll. Fast shipping. Packaged well. Its butcher wrapping paper what more can I say. It was a good price and would definitely buy again.

I've had the opportunity to use the butcher wrapping paper on pork ribs and brisket. The resulting ribs and brisket were great. I had no issues with the butcher paper, and it was easy to use and clean up. Great product! Shipment arrived on time. I smoked a brisket using this paper and it turned out great! Brisket was firm and very tender. worked like a charm on our brisket - would highly recommend for getting the meat very juicy! This is good quality butcher wrapping paper, works well for wrapping meat in the smoker, such as brisket or pork butt. Used for smoking meats and it was perfect! It holds the moisture in, but it allows more air to enter so it gave it a great bark. Never using foil again when smoking a brisket! I met the driver out front. It was time to wrap my pork butt and I was out of paper. I cut it close but I got it. It works great. Made for an awesome butt.

I liked the quality and weight of YRYM HT butcher paper roll. The first thing that I cooked usung YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper was a beef tritip. Every one said that it tasted fantastic. My family keeps asking me to babeque again asap. Makes a great Texas smoked brisket. Did what I expected it to do and more! Arrived early. Shipment came fast ans was just what I needed for that perfect brisket!!!  I'm guessing it did what it was supposed to do, I wrapped meat in it , and tossed it in the smoker. It's pretty sturdy stuff. It's butcher paper, what was it supposed to do?? Fly away with the meat?  Didn't know what to expect as this is a new type of cooking for me. I wrapped a brisket at 150 degrees before taking it to 200.. The paper worked perfectly in my smoker. The grease in the meat soake through the paper and helped seal moisture in while letting the meat ‘breathe’ as it tenderized. Well worth the money.

This particular supplier included an online rubs and sauces recipe book, which I have printed and am using. Outstanding! Worked fantastic!!! I wrapped with the brown butcher paper when my meat came out of it's stall at 195 degrees. Proceeded with the smoking until internal temp of 205. Placed it then in a cooler to rest for 45 minutes. Unwrapped and pulled the meat everyone raved about it. Very satisfied customer. Thank you it made the difference had good smoke bark but nice and juicy.
