I used my YRYM HT butcher wrapping paper to bake many dozen holiday cookies. Using butcher wrapping paper to line the cookie trays saves me time in clean up and makes for easy removal of the cookies. The cookies slide right off the parchment, with no sticking. The paper does not affect the taste of the cookies at all. I have also used the butcher wrapping paper for chocolate dipped pretzels as they are easily removed from the parchment after the chocolate has hardened. This is an inexpensive kitchen helper every baker needs!

Cookies, baked goods, etc.. foil is fine. But, I pulled out a few recipes that you put your meat, vegs. etc.. in parchment, and I have to admit that they turned out better with the parchment than the foil. So... I may buy it for certain recipes, just not all recipes. I appreciate being able to give it a test through the Spark Reviewer program. Otherwise, I may not have ever tried it.
YRYM HT has had good butcher paper roll for many years, but this one is even better. It has theses dots on it to help grip your pan. Don't have to fight to keep it from slipping around. Cookies turn out a nice golden brown that are not greasy. You can make cookies a lot faster using butcher wrapping paper, you don't need to scrape them off the pan, specifically lace cookies that stick to a pan terribly. So, if you was your holiday goodies to come out looking good and not like they were in a battle, use Reynolds Genuine butcher wrapping paper and enjoy your holiday goodies.
Let's talk about a brand that is always on point. Reynolds wrapping products, they have been around for 70 years, as Reynolds has said it is a way of life and I agree totally. I just had the pleasure to experiment with Reynolds Genuine butcher wrapping paper for the first time. For Thanksgiving I made a Piecaken which consisted of a sweet potato baked inside of a chocolate cake mix. I use the butcher wrapping paper in the bottom of a spring pan. Well the results were beautiful, not a crumb left behind. I totally support Reynolds Genuine butcher wrapping paper, thank you Walmart Spark.
