Just used the non stick grill mat for the first time to cook Steak and Chicken. Mats were awesome in eliminating flareups under the food and cooked evenly. There were even grill marks on the food. The mats are heave duty and well worth the $. I am very satisfied with these mats. I have used different grilling pads and this one is the best. Follow the instructions and it is perfect for grilling all those items you don't want to cook directly on the grill bars. I love the results of this product! Easy to use and makes clean up a snap! Greasy foods can cause a flare up when the drippings run over the side so be careful to manage the flames because they will damage the material. I am glad that two were included n the package because this allows for coverage on the entire grill. I will definitely purchase again.
I used the copper mat for grill to grill salmon, and worked beautifully. Even left the grill "marks" on the salmon!! Cleanup was a breeze. Very, very pleased. What a great product! We have only used it once but we were so impressed. We grilled chicken on a charcoal grill. We had zero sticking and the chicken browned nicely. We brushed it with BBQ sauce and it was delicious. I tried it with a steak and it turned out great. I was a little bit afraid that the mat might melt or deform but it didn't. It even put the grill marks on the steak. It did take a little longer to cook so that is a learning curve I'll work on. I just got new grill and have not used it yet. I look forward to using the mats. I can't give 5 stars until I use them.
The YRYM HT non stick grill mat is amazing. I had not seen it till I rented a beach house in California and opened up the grill and there it was. Following the wishes of the landlord, we cooked fish and potatoes on the mat. I worked incredibly well and even had all the grill mats. I did a cowboy ribeye steak on the mat when I got home and it was the very best steak I had cooked in quite a while. I bought this because I kept having flare ups on my grill. I did NOT read the instructions...... You dont want these to have contact with the direct flame. Well I had a flare up and it blemished the edge of mt mat. It was my fault. Mat still works great.
The YRYM HT non stick Grill mat was delivered as promised . Grilled burgers today, and they turned out perfect. clean up was a breeze, just wiped with a paper towel and mat was clean. We did give it a final wipe with a dish cloth and soap. Highly recommend it. Perfect as a gift.
