How to potato slices

There are many ways to cook potato chips. Frying is a common cooking way. However, I want to introduce how to grill potatoes chips. Grilled potato chips with chives can be very fragrant and delicious. Follow my recipe and have a start to grill potato chips.

Ingredients:
4 potatoes;
2 tablespoons salt
Chives
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
3 tablespoon barbecue sauce


Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces;
2. Wash the chives and chop them into granules;
3. Preheat the grill over medium high temperature at 375 °F. Then place a non stick grill mat on the grate to prevent from falling through and keep grate clean from sticking.
4. Transfer the potatoes slices to the grill mat. When the potatoes slices becomes opaque, it is almost grilled well.
5. Flip them with long-handled tongs and continue to grill. Similarly, when it is opaque, sprinkle salt and toss occasionally.
6. When the potato slices become golden yellow on both sides, sprinkled with white sesame seeds, barbecue sauce and minced chives;
5. Slightly toss the potato slices to make them the seasoning is evenly coated on the potato chips.
6. Transfer to a plate and serve when it is still hot.
