Ingredients:
Two large pieces of tender tofu
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons cumin powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon peanut oil
3 chives
Directions:
1. Cut the tofu into large cubes. Remove the white part of the chives and minced.
2. Mix the salt, chili powder, and cumin powder evenly in a bowl, then spread it evenly over the tofu. Turn the tofu over and continue to spread evenly on the other side of tofu cubes.
3. Place a piece of BBQ grill mat on the baking tray, and transfer the tofu cubes in the baking tray.
4. Mix peanut oil and light soy sauce in a bowl, stir well.
5. Finely drizzle the seasoning sauce and over the tofu, do not use a brush to brush the seasoning in case the powder on tofu is removed .
6.Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, adjust temperature at 180 degrees for both the up and low layer. Transfer the baking tray into the oven and bake for about half an hour, sprinkle with small shallots one minute before the set time is up.
