Grilled lamb steaks with chili powder and cumin powder taste quite tender and juicy. This is a recipe about how to grill lamb steaks.
Ingredients:
1 kg lamb steak
Cumin powder
1 onion
Appropriate amount of salt
Moderate amount of rice wine
Appropriate amount of chili powder
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
1 bag of garlic spicy sauce
Directions:
1. Wash the lamb steak, rub with rice wine and salt, and knead for 15 minutes.
2. Mix onion, garlic, and cumin powder in a large bowl. Stir evenly into puree.
3. Rub the puree on the lamb steaks thoroughly and marinade for at least one hour. Rub with plastic glove during the process, which help better season.
4. Put a pan over the fire, boil the water and put in the lamb steak, cook for half an hour over low fire, remove the lamb steak when chopsticks can be easily inserted.
5. Apply vegetable oil on both sides of the lamb steak, wrap it in butcher paper. In case of juice escaping, it is suggested to wrap two or three layers of butcher paper.
6. Preheat the oven over 180 degrees, transfer the steak into the oven. Set time for 30 minutes, temperature at 180 degrees for both up and down.
7. Remove after 30 minutes grilling, flio over and rub some oil. Transfer back to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
8. Take out and sprinkle soem chili powder and cumin powder. Slice and sever when it is still warm.
