In my area it is difficult to find FDA approved butcher paper. I was happy to find it here, I was even happier when I received the product. Good product, at a good price. Great quality. Purchased to use as a table runner for an I Do BBQ and it was perfect. Exactly as described. Exactly what I was looking for. Good quality! Perfect for wrapping Christmas gifts. Just as described and wrapped very well. Worked well to wrap brisket while smoking it. I would prefer it in a box with a cutter to pull out as much as needed and cut it. I actually purchased this paper for gesture drawing. It seems to be very good quality. So, I am going to purchase more for freezer storage. I used this paper to cover some books to make them uniform on my shelf. The paper isn't super thin and there's a lot of it. I can use the rest to cook with?! Double whammy! Used this butcher paper to slow-cook some ribs. Worked perfect. Good product, fast service, good folks.
I mostly use aluminum foil for my wraps when I'm satisfied with bark content after a few hours in the smoke. I bought this butcher paper from YRYM HT Amazon store to try wrapping with paper instead, and it worked out great. My husband loves smoking brisket and he loves this paper to help him do the job! Good quality and arrived a day before then expected ( which always a plus). It’s tiny paper but still durable. Excellent product! This will come in handy for a multitude of things! This product is great. Just what I was looking for...not to heavy, and easy to work with.
LOVE IT! works as promised and I have ordered again and will continue to reorder as needed. Used this to smoke a brisket, and it was the most flavorful, tender smoked meats I’ve had yet! Super high quality paper, and enough to last a long time! I used this paper to smoke a couple of briskets in a camp chef and the paper held up and did exactly what I wanted to.
I liked it because it was not too thin. Used for gift wrap! Just as expected. Roll of quite a lot of paper for a fairly decent price. Used to wrap gifts in an old fashioned, tie up with string way. It was fast as they mentioned and worked perfect thank you. Used it to wrap meat I was cooking in my smoker. Perfect for the task. Butcher paper helps keep in moisture and juice from freshly smoked meats, with out absorbing all the moisture. Paper packing was perfect. Really good quality and it is a huge roll, it will last me a long, long time. The brown kraft butcher paper roll was exactly what I was expecting: strong, thick and durable :)I'm trying to move away from my overuse of plastic. I now freeze my meat by wrapping it in butcher paper first. I also use this as gift wrap. It is affordable, versatile , and durable.
