How to grill chicken legs

Chicken leg is an excellent ingredient for grilling.  Normally, we buy barbecue sauce from store. However, I can make babecue sauce and I will teach you how to grill chicken leg with barbecue sauce, which can be made by yourself at home.

Ingredients:

6 chicken legs
300g small tomato
1 corn
200g lotus root
1 small root lettuce
3 garlic cloves
10g onion
kosher Mint, Rosemary,Thyme
1 tsp. sea ​​salt
1 tsp. Black pepper
15ml olive oil
1 lemon
soy sauce
Cooking wine

Steps for grilling
1. Cut deep on the chicken leg.  Add a small amount of water into light say sauce, add a small amount of cooking wine to marinate chicken leg for more than 3 hours, or put it in the refrigerator for one night.
If you like to eat spicy, you can add dried chili to soak together! You can also add some vanilla at this time and soak together. But you must ensure that there are a enough vanilla when you roast.
2. Slice the lettuce, cut the little tomato in half, cut the lotus root into 1 cm thick slice, and cut the corn into 2 cm thick. Cut the lemon into thin slices.
3. Put a small amount of olive oil on the chicken legs, and rub each chicken leg with olive oil fully.
4. Put a grill mat on the baking tray to prevent from sticking and place the chicken legs in the baking tray. The thin bracts are placed on the bottom layer, the corn and lettuce are placed in the gaps, and the small tomatoes are placed on the vegetables.
5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Black pepper is recommended to be ground, more fragrant than pepper!
6. Finally,  place the lemon slices, rosemary, thyme, crushed garlic and onion.
7. Preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, and transfer the baking tray into the oven.  Set temperature at 220 degrees for 50 minutes for both up and down. It takes about  50 minutes for grilling.
