This grill mat was needed for my grill to cook chicken and fish. I do not like to cook these idems on the main part of the grill and that is why I bought this product. It worked great and there was no spillage on the grille. Hubby loves these for the grill! Grill Mat Makes grilling food easier without burning and definitely easier clean up. Excellent for grilling non conventional items on grill. My husband loves it for veggie and we used it for lobster tails. The grillmat is perfect. Simple, easy, heavy duty, reusable. I can throw it in the dishwasher. The best part is I can more easily cook those traditionally difficult to grill items like breakfast foods, pizza, fish and veggies (don't fall through the grate). I also love that it still leaves grill marks on the food. I haven't tried this yet but you could easily through this on top of those gross grills in the community park. Overall this is a really great value, really great product.
Got to use my new BBQ last night and the grill mat worked wonderfully. My daughter couldn't believe we could simply put our turkey burgers on top and not burn the mat. It is an amazing product! These mats work really well. My husband like it so much he actually shared one with a relative. :) Customer service for this product has been great! I was very excited to find a product that would protect my brand new and expensive gas grill we just installed in our outdoor kitchen. The first time I used them, they performed as expected and protected my grill from messy cleanup. I rinsed them and then put them in the dishwasher. The second time I used them, I noticed the black coating was starting to peel away. I kept the grill on medium heat too. Not sure why the coating is already starting to break down. I didn't believe what the advertisement said but MY GOD!!!! the grill cover was better that I expected.. There was no flair up from the flames and the steaks were juicy and cooked the way they are suppose to be. I'm completely satisfied and my daughter is going to get her one.
These grill mats are great!!! No mess in your grill and food comes with grill marks and the grill smoky flavor. Mats are also easy clean up. I grilled scallops, and they were awesome! I bought some asparagus, but haven't tried grilling them yet...great product! You can buy grill tools from YRYM HT store on Amazon. I grilled sea bass last night and have to say maybe the best I have ever made. The mats leave grill marks but keep all the flavors of the spices from burning off. Super easy to clean. I highly recommend this product. Love my grill mat and have told many friends they should buy one! Best grill accessory I've purchased! I haven't burnt any food since I started using my grill mat.
I grilled fish tonight on the grill mat and the fish came out good! The mat cleaned up nicely after use. After watching a segment on the Today Show about grilling with the mat, I ordered one the same day. I grilled chicken wings on a cast iron grill, which I usually spend at least 20 minutes scrubbing afterwards, but not with the GrillMat! No sticking, no mess and no yucky aftertaste! Perfection!! Great to use on public grills in my community. Can be hard to clean sometimes but does their purpose. I just use this mate to cook a half salmon. I am happy with it. The salmon cooked as I wanted it. The mate cleans up very easy.
